Sales Intelligence Specialist

JOB RESPONSIBILITY

  • Identify and generate new sales opportunities through proactive outreach, lead generation, and relationship building.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead qualification to closing deals and follow-up.
  • Present product demonstrations and presentations to customers, effectively communicating the value proposition of our water data unification solutions.
  • Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system and provide regular updates to the sales team.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure a seamless sales experience for customers.
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends and customer requirements, and provide feedback to the product development team.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets set by the company.

REQUIRED KEY SKILLS (FUNCTIONAL/TECHNICAL)

  • Ability to articulate complex technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
  • Knowledge in data-driven approaches – Machine Learning, Python, etc. are preferred
  • Experience with CRM systems, such as Salesforce
  • Knowledge of the IOT and water management industries is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as business, marketing, engineering, or environmental science.
