HR Associate responsible of making sure that all the activities within the company working smoothly.
This is include providing everything that the company needs, which consist of work power, equipment,
systems.
Job Description / Responsibility
- In charge in recruitment for new employee in the company
- Arranging all matters relating to employee wages, such as salary, benefit, incentive, bonus, reward and
attendance system - Preparing contract and updating contract
- Organizing activities that can be beneficial in increasing the intimacy of all employees
- Implementing training plan
- Taking care of company assets, including buying and managing it
- Undertaking the cost of operational needs
- Taking care of facility management and maintenance, office supplies, relation to service providers,
business and personal contacts, potential vendors and relations - Procurement and inventory control of office stationery and pantry supplies
- Keeping records of office assets (workstation labels, desktops/laptops labels, etc.)
- Processing and maintaining all the Company documents (legalization and licensing process)
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management
- Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management, PGDHRM preferably from BIM (Bangladesh
Institute of Management)

- Have coordinator experience in procurement of goods in each department
- Have the ability to organize and record purchases and maintenance transparently
- Have good interpersonal skills
- Effective communication and have good time management
- Understand lobbying and negotiation techniques
